In the interests of the safety and protection of our Guests and employees, we have implemented the necessary procedures in accordance with the current guidelines of institutions responsible for health protection (Ministry of Health, GIS, WHO), which we hope will affect your sense of security and comfort during your stay in Emihouse apartments. Please familiarize yourself with the new procedures and safety rules in force in our apartments.
Before arrival
Before arrival, make sure that your health does not pose a threat to the surroundings. Out of a sense of responsibility for the health of all of us, you should not come to our apartments if you have clear symptoms of infection or have had direct contact with a person infected with Covid-19. Furthermore, being aware of being infected, you expose our apartments to re-closure and people around you to mandatory quarantine.
In the event of justified concerns about your health, contact us, we will refund you the costs incurred so far in accordance with the cancellation policy or advise you on another date. We offer the possibility of exchanging non-refundable reservations for a stay voucher.
If you want to visit us, do not be afraid to come - our apartments provide a safe stay for you and your loved ones!
Check-in / Check-out
We offer individual private check-in and check-out, without the need to collect keys from our staff. On the day of arrival, you will receive all the necessary information and apartment entry codes, you can check in independently at any time from 15:00.
Catering
Breakfast - we offer the possibility of ordering breakfast without the need for direct contact - by phone or email. A fresh breakfast set will be delivered without contact, straight to the apartment door.
In addition, each of our apartments has a fully equipped kitchenette, where you can easily prepare meals at any time of the day.
During your stay | In the apartment
During your stay, please follow all hygiene rules that will create safe conditions for you and our employees.
In public areas, wear a mask covering your mouth and nose.
Maintain the required distance between people, at least 2 meters (except in the apartment)
Do not invite other people - only registered guests are allowed in the apartments
Wash your hands regularly
Please do not use the dryers provided in the apartment
Safe Emihouse | What actions are we taking?
During the epidemic, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness is even more important than usual. In order to provide you and your loved ones with additional safety, we take the following steps:
- In each apartment you will find antibacterial soap and standard high-quality hotel cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel)
- Each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after the guests' departure, disinfected all touch surfaces (including chair backs), equipment (e.g. remote controls) and thoroughly aired
- Towels and bed linen are subject to thermal and chemical disinfection (washed at min. 60 ºC with the addition of a special detergent) in a professional laundry and delivered in a sanitary regime
- All employees are healthy and follow the rules of sanitary safety
- Our cleaning staff has undergone professional training in disinfection procedures and is equipped with personal protective equipment and additional disinfection agents
- Cleaning during stays lasting more than 7 days is only carried out on request, in the absence of guests - please inform us about your preferences by phone or e-mail
- Public areas (staircases, elevators) are subject to regular disinfection and airing
